Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zhoomi.com, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. We understand that quality is paramount, which is why once our products are opened, they cannot be repackaged or resold. As a result, we do not accept returns on any opened merchandise. This is part of our dedication to maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.
In exceptional cases, we will process a replacement request for the product, but this will only be done under unusual circumstances. Once a replacement request is approved, it will be processed within 8–10 days from the date of the request.
If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. After your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup from your location and return it to us. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a thorough quality check. Based on that, we will either issue a replacement or provide store credit, depending on your preference.

An unboxing video is MANDATORY for replacement requests. The video must clearly show the sealed package, unboxing, and product condition.

Refunds will be credited within 6–7 working days from the date of approved refund request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on www.zhoomi.com can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be made.
